As a packaging printer we can offer a range of bespoke short and long run packaging. Our litho press can run material up to 800 microns thick, which is ideal for retail packaging applications. We can produce a range of boxes or cartons using our in-house die cutting facilities. We are also able to create added impact by using finishing processes such as lamination, foil blocking, embossing and debossing. Bespoke packaging comes in an almost endless combination of materials, sizes and finishes. We can help you with items such as small boxes or cartons, belly bands, mailing packs, slip cases and bespoke and high quality envelopes.
We can produce bespoke small boxes which are ideal for jewellery, cosmetics or wrapped food produce. We are able to help you create a unique cutter guide to perfectly match your produce. You can stand out from the crowd by adding a special finish such as foil blocking, which we also offer as an in-house service. In the example pictured we used coloured card to create small boxes for promotional cakes. We used this carton to show case our print finishing techniques. The outer panels showed off die cutting and flat foil blocking (in silver and red). The flaps of the top of the box showcased foil embossing, bling embossing, debossing and bevelled edge foil embossing.
Mailing packs come in various sizes. They are normally created as an after-thought in order to hold a number of items for a mailing. However, with a little pre-planning, money can be saved by ensuring your mailing packaging can achieve the cheapest postage category possible. Bespoke packaging gives you an opportunity to attract peoples’ attention. Just one walk through a supermarket shows how important packaging design and finishing is to brand owners. Just have a chat with us or another packaging printer at the start of a project; small changes could produce big savings!
